HKO about to head off.

Well it's not long now before we go and I am going to try and keep this up to date whilst we are away, of even better still get others to document their experiences along the way. But I'm not sure how we will go for either time or internet connections.

Slight change.

I've since changed the Blog so that you no longer need to have an ID like a Google Gmail account etc. This way anyone can leave a comment thus making it much easier for everyone.

If anyone leaves silly comments I can delete them anyway.

What's this all about and how do I use it?

Hi Everyone,

I've created this Blog so as to make it easier for the 50 or so people going to Japan to keep up to date with what's happening, when its happening and what's required of you.

Now this is fairly new to me, so bear with me with any teething troubles, but fingers crossed there won't be any ... yeah right.

Now, how do you use this thingy-ma-Blog? Firstly you need an ID like a Google Gmail email address (something like - 'myname@gmail.com') or some other type (you'll be prompted with the options when you go to post or comment something). The good news is that once you've done it once you won't have to do it again and you will be lead through the process the first time.

The idea behind this Blog is to keep you up to date and allow you to ask any questions on anything you aren't clear on. You can do this by either posting a comment to a post or if it is about something different, you can creating a new post altogether.

So fire away and if you have any questions what so ever, ask away.
